Yana Kazbekova E-RYT500 is a creator of Balance For Life Program for Seniors. With 6000 hours of international teaching, she specializes in Chair Yoga and Meditation for Seniors with cognitive, movement and visual impairments. Balance For Life is an effective system of movements, brain balancing and breathing techniques that passed test of time and quality with her elderly students.
Safely sitting on the CHAIR, we engage body parts that improve balance and confidence. Eyes, ears, brain hemispheres, abdomen, hips, pelvis, feet and toes are some of the points of our attention in class.
Through simple and crossed movements, sounds and rhythm, breathing exercises and meditation, we stimulate the brain and balance the body to prevent falls, age gracefully and SEE LIFE DIFFERENTLY.
Our compassionate teaching helps our senior students to gain faster stride, flexibility, better one-leg stance, sharper reflexes, more confidence in walking and emotional balance.
We strictly and carefully select movements, breathing and brain stimulation techniques, taking in consideration age and fitness level of each group and private client. Such a quality control guarantees our students a safe, nourishing and rejuvenating class.
We teach groups at a number of elderly facilities as well as homes of our private Senior students throughout the San Diego metropolitan area.
Our sessions are 45 to 60 minutes long and can be taught in fluent English, Spanish and Russian languages.
