Why Private Classes
One – on – one is how yoga has been taught for centuries. It is the most effective personalized form of training, as it helps you reach your goals in the quickest way.
Our session usually begins with a brief yogic postural analysis, to better determine where you are at that moment, both physically and energetically. We focus our attention on the breathing to help you tune in and be centered for practice.
Open communication is a key to a successful private yoga class. It builds connection between you and the teacher and creates safe space for your practice. You will be frequently asked to observe what you experience. This is not only to decide what should be done next, but also to train you to be aware of and follow your body’s needs. Yoga is a natural process of physical and mental opening. Therefore, patience and sensitivity is what sets the pace for progress in our private sessions.
How it works
The class is instructed in the comfort of the student's home in fluent English, Spanish or Russian languages. Please, have your own yoga mat and blanket or cushion. Wear comfortable yoga clothing. Make sure your last meal is a minimum of 1.5 hrs before the class.
All classes need to be booked and fully prepaid, minimum 24 hrs prior to instruction. In case of cancellation, to honor a 100% of your prepay, please provide 24 hours notification and reschedule your session within same week. Otherwise, you will be refunded 66% and 34% will be a non refundable instructor’s inconvenience fee.
