Greetings!

My name is Yana Kazbekova E-RYT500 and YACEP. I am a founder of Being Yoga Breath & Colors a wellness business that I established in 2008.   

I’ve been a yoga practitioner since 1983, have taught chair yoga to elderly since 2009, and have lead individual sessions and group seminars on anxiety management internationally since 2011. 

My mission is to assist you in building a habit of proper breathing, positive thinking and body awareness. To help you feel good, gain physical and psycho-emotional balance and confidence.

I specialize in the following areas: 

• BALANCE for seniors with physical and cognitive impairments and  

• ANXIETY and STRESS disorders for adults.

I serve you remotely through the web, in fluent English, Spanish and Russian languages.

Safely sitting on the chair, we engage body parts that play important role in our balance. Eyes, ears, brain hemispheres, abdomen, hips, pelvis, feet and toes are some of the points of our attention in class.

My compassionate perspective on teaching helps my senior students to gain faster stride, flexibility, better one-leg stance, sharper reflexes, better blood circulation, emotional stability and more confidence in walking.

I carefully and caringly select practices, in consideration of the age, fitness level and health condition of each client or group.

Such quality control offers safe, nourishing and rejuvenating environment.

Target Audience:

Seniors with common physical and cognitive impairments, Parkinson’s, post-stroke condition, joints replacement, sleep disorder, chronic pain, memory loss.
