Why Private Classes?
Our session usually begins with a brief yogic postural analysis, to better determine where you are at that moment, both physically and energetically. We focus our attention on the breathing to help you tune in and be centered for practice.
Open communication is a key to a successful private yoga class. It builds connection between you and the teacher and creates safe space for your practice. You will be frequently asked to observe what you experience. This is not only to decide what should be done next, but also to train you to be aware of and follow your body’s needs. Yoga is a natural process of physical and mental opening. Therefore, patience and sensitivity is what sets the pace for progress in our private sessions.
In our private teaching we have worked with students with:
- Scoliosis and mild postural misalignment
- Anxiety and depression
- Acute and chronic stress
- Back, shoulders and neck pain
- Sleep disorders
- Parkinson's disease
- Hormonal imbalance
- Hip and knee replacement
- Post-stroke condition

How is works
Sessions are 60 minutes long.
Please contact us to book your session between 8:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday (subject to availability).
The class is instructed in the comfort of the student's home in fluent English, Spanish or Russian languages.
Please, have your own yoga mat and blanket or cushion. Wear comfortable yoga clothing.
Make sure your last meal is a minimum of 1.5 hrs before the class.
In case of cancellation, please provide 24 hours notification and reschedule your session within same week.
